i heard lovely things about an appetizer currently on the tasting menu at J Winery so last night i hooked it up. so easy and so rad and soooo delicious: a little slice of Fig and Marcona Almond Cake topped with a small wedge of Cowgirl Creamery St. Pat's and a drizzle of Lulu White Truffle Honey. this truffle honey is so insanely yummy and unlike anything i've ever tasted. since there is now a jar currently residing in my cupboard i'll be experimenting with other delightful applications. will keep you posted!
